Meet Clark, Sookio’s new Digital Strategist

We’re pleased to welcome Sookio’s newest team member, Clark Kent Chapman, into our ranks. He joins as our Digital Strategist, with a background in marketing, PR and brand communications.

With a degree in politics and background in strategy and stakeholder management, Clark will be developing cunning marketing plans for clients while juggling project management like a downright boss. He’s also bringing in plenty of experience in PR and brand communications from global organisations, meaning we now offer you PR support.

Clark credits his degree for understanding the wider context of society. “There are a lot of similarities between politics and marketing, actually”, he says.

In his role as a Regional Communications Coordinator at McDonalds, Clark liaised with MPs and acted as their project manager. We reckon working with our diverse mix of clients will be even more interesting.

Our fifth and final new face after a 2019 of rapid growth, Clark complements new positions in sales, marketing, video production, and a brand-new admin role to keep us all in line. Safe to say that Sue, our Director, is as pleased with how the team now looks as she is to get a break from recruiting.

Whether it’s his experience across various comms and digital marketing roles, or his energetic can-do attitude, Clark is already getting projects moving and is proving to be a brilliant addition to the team.

In between cracking on with work, Clark has already settled in and gets along with everyone here at the Sookio HQ. He doesn’t shy away from the office banter and is a delightful addition to the team.

His wit and easy-going disposition come through in his side hobby: Clark writes smashing comedy poetry. We wanted to give you a peek of his gold material but… a lot of it is NSFW.
